NOTE: This is a beautiful piece of property; however access to it is difficult. It takes approximately 45 minutes from Hondo, Texas to get to the property. Of this time, about 15 minutes is spent driving NNW on FM 462 for a little over 10 miles. The remaining 3.3 miles to the property is over an unimproved easement and although through beautiful country, the road is rough and there are at times up to 5 gates to open. Traveling these 3.3 miles takes about 30 minutes and can not be made in a passenger car. A pickup truck is necessary to travel this easement and in adverse weather conditions 4 wheel drive may be necessary.
